How to Attach Cross body straps 

1. Place the bag on a flat surface.
Lay the strap across the top of the handles, with the clips facing downward.
Unclip both ends of the strap.


2. Starting on the inside edge of the bag, take one clip and slide it under the knot located between the two handles




3.Fasten the clip securely.
4.Repeat the same process on the other side of the bag.
5. Adjust the strap to your desired length.






Care

All products are handmade using a variety of textiles. Spot clean your Sunshine Bag using detergent and a damp cloth.

For a general freshen-up of fabric items (pouches, produce bags, totes), machine wash on a delicate cycle and line dry.

For Sunshine Bags- Spot clean the rope bag with warm, soapy water. The drawstring insert is machine washable on a delicate cycle.

Exchange and Return

Your Olive Made is handmade to a high quality standard. However the made-to-order nature of each piece means that no two Olive Made items are exctaly the same. Best efforts are taken to accurately capture and describe the product in each listing. Returns will not be accepted for change of mind. However if the item does not suit your outfit/ occasion/ what you had in mind, and exchange can be organised if the product is unsued.

The practical and everyday-use nature of your bag means general wear and tear will occur. If however, a strap breaks or a zipper jams during its everyday use-please contact me to discuss alteration or mending.

Shipping and Handling

Postage for each item is determined by size of each product. Please refer to individual product listings for postage cost. Combined or International postage can be arranged, please contact me to discuss.
